||Answer the phone and direct the calls to the appropriate individual.
Provide administrative support for the branch by streamlining paper flow, expediting purchases orders and organizing sales and shipping documents.
Maintain customer and vendor files by filing appropriate documents.
Provide customer service and support for general inquiries including tracking information, freight and purchase order requests.
Monitor branch email.
Prepare correspondence such as letters, proposals and quotes as requested.
Coordinate account application paperwork for new customers with credit department.
Maintain project board and files for weekly sales meeting. Order/maintain supplies for office and warehouse.
Manage petty cash and process accounts payable information. Review and analyze freight cost reports.
Run various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Research and resolve areas of concern.
Coordinate vendor trainings.
